We tried our service protection with Reliance and hit a dead end with people whose third language was not english, they never showed up. Called RMHM and the lady was wonderful to deal with. Had a technician the next morning diagnosed we need a new furnace. By the following day the furnace we had a furnace installed. Great service made us feel we mattered and the situation was urgent. Thank you very much - could not be happier.
