I highly recommend Renco if you're looking for foundation work. My spouse and I bought a house a month ago as of this writing, which had a possible moisture problem during the inspection. With next to no notice, Terry agreed to come over and look at it while everyone else was booked for weeks. I found out afterwards that he did that visit on his wife's birthday, because we were under time pressures. We then contracted him to do repairs, and when the scope of the problem turned out to be larger
