I reached out to Vincent asking if they could possibly help me with clearing the snow off my roof. He was quick to respond and had their team headed by Dave out within two days. They did a great job clearing the snow and ice off my roof. They also ensured that all walkways, decks and dog run were clear which was above and beyond what any other company has ever done.
