Was extremely pleased with the prompt customer service; J.J was awesome getting me help when my furnace stopped working; had the owner come the next day as yes it was getting cold; Robert was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem ASAP; turned out to be thermostat; honest and reliable; didn't try to sell me something I didn't need as in new furnace. Highly recommend.
