Basement flooded due to condensation from evaporator coils not draining properly. Leaked all over the furnace and then into the rest of the basement. Artan came by within a couple of hours, assessed the damage, called a HVAC guy who came shortly after to stop the leak. Emergency work started the next day. Ripped up everything that was wet in the basement (floors, some drywall, baseboards) then setup fans + dehumidifiers. Took pictures along the way to send to insurance. The emergency response t
