My furnace stopped working so I called reliance home comfort who sent me their contractor Ali who works for Proland. Ali explained everything while he was working in the furnace. Told me it was over heating despite being 5 yrs old. So Ali raised blower speed because the installer only set it to manufacturer instructions rather than surveying the home which Ali did and noticing my house was not generating enough heat.
