Just wanted give a shout-out to Paul - the technician from Primipair who just completed the winter tune-up on my furnace. Aside from the tune-up, he fixed the furnace humidifier and noticed loose screws on an elbow joint that could’ve otherwise resulted in a CO2 disaster. I owe Paul huge thanks for that, and can’t speak highly enough of his professionalism and courtesy!
