John and the team are great and professional.<br>Technician Nazarii was assigned to my case in downtown toronto.<br>He fixed both my washing machine and dryer issue.<br><br>I stay in a relatively older building and attaching the dryer hose was a nightmare.<br>Nazarii gave his all and persistently tried to connect the dryer hose which was in a very awkward position. He was finally able to connect the hose which was very difficult to do.<br><br>Overall, it took time to fix but considering the situ
