Thumbs up to Plumbs Up! Yesterday I had new toilets installed but the soft close lids were missing. The technician brought in replacements which were not suitable. I contacted Plumbs Up regarding the problem and the issue has now been resolved (within 24 hours). The office staff and the technicians are excellent and take pride in their work.
