Brenden helped us with a backed up sewer in our basement. He was extremely professional and detail oriented, reflecting very well on Pitton as a company, and on the City of Hamilton for entrusting Pitton with our home. Brenden understood that as a concerned homeowner I would have questions. He took the time to explain the ongoing situation, updating me as he progressed in his work, educating me on what I need to know as a homeowner. His professionalism took the fear and panic out of what seeme
