We have been having our 150 year old oak tree pruned for the last 27 years by different large companies and decided to switch to Pinnacle last year and can’t say enough about how professional they are. When I call, someone comes out within a couple of days, can immediately book the work, they follow up regularly and the staff are all so knowledgeable and friendly. We had a crew here for two days with very large machinery and they left my garden as it was when they arrived, covered lower windows,
