Great service, great staff. Emergency call Friday night for leak on Tankless was looked at Saturday morning by tech Peter to determine this was due to a manufacturer issue and he worked with them to have a replacement sent out. Tech Majid and his assistant installed the replacement on Wednesday also fixed some other small issues from the original installation. He made sure everything was working well before leaving. We did see some dripping after heavier use that evening but luckily this was
