Kyle was a delight to work with recently on some rodent issues at our cabin. From the first point of contact he was professional, clear and solution-oriented. What was particularly impressive was his ability to be in touch real-time with me when he was investigating and resolving our issues. He used phone and video to consult with me as he was completing the work and saved me a long trip up to the property for the process. So far, we have not experienced any further issues since his visit.
