Our furnace stopped working just before New Year's Eve. I called P & P HVAC on December 30th at 5 pm since most other places were closed by then and Alex (one of the owners) answered. From that point on, the service we received was excellent. Alex arrived the next day at 2 pm and was able to successfully diagnose a tricky issue (even trying a part he had in his truck for a different furnace model to confirm that our gas valve was faulty). At 3 pm he offered to drive to Ottawa - a one hour round
