Ben is the best technician of any kind I have ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He fixed the issues with our water heater that two technicians before him could not figure out. He went to great lengths to ensure that my family was only paying for parts that we actually needed, and explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way.
