Would add a star if I could! Excellent service! Quick response to a service call. Communication was always timely and pleasant. Professional, punctual, polite, informative service call. Jared took the time to explain the options without any sales pressure. I knew my ancient a/c needed to be retired. Optic Air's pricing was competitive and fair. Again, prompt service with all the same adjectives as above, plus they were very respectful of my home. I would call them again and highly recommend them
