Very disappointed in this business. I hired them back in January to deal with a mouse problem. Six months and many hundreds of dollars later, the mouse problem has not been resolved. Worse, their technicians failed to show up to the last appointment, which the company did not bother telling me, and when I reached out to the company to reschedule, they told me they’d get right back to me, but never replied again. I strongly recommend going elsewhere - literally, anywhere else - to resolve you
