Odyssey deployed Josh in less one week to determine why Navien water heater stopped again posting E438, same error as before replacing recirculation-pump / this time technician flushed unit and restarted after descaling (step missed on 3-Aug-2025 service event) - since unit displayed same error codes, pump swap could be questionable (grinding noise not present in narratives) // All in all heater is working again, Odyssey responded promptly as always - keep up the good work, thank you.
