“

I recently had Northwest Gas service the furnace at my rental property, and I’m very pleased with the experience.
From the first phone call, their team was courteous, professional, and clear about what to expect. They respected every commitment they made, which is something I really value when coordinating work for a tenant. There were no surprises on pricing either—what they quoted is exactly what it was.
During their visit, they inspected my Goodman furnace and resolved the no‑heat issue
