Can not say enough good things about Kent and Northern Open Concepts. Kent is a true professional. He communicates well on scheduling and shows up when he says he will. He works hard to get the job done and does not leave the day with a mess of half finished work just because its 5pm. We did a major backyard renovation and we were so thrilled with the final results.
