To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I was recommended to use this company to repair my Snow-Trek Snowblower. I had the unit picked up. After almost 2 weeks and no update from the company I stopped in for an update. They hadn't even looked at . I fully understand being busy but to not have even looked at it was frustrating. They finally looked at it and informed me it need a part. I stopped in 10 after that to be met with attitude about being busy . They confirmed they ordered
