Updated Nov 9 2025 :<br>Had an issue with water settling below the furnace so I had to call Bill and in a snowstorm of course on a Sunday night I had to call Bill from Mt. Hope Heating and Cooling and he immediately came out in that storm Even though it was a "minor issue " he corrected the error and fixed it and apologized for that happening.
