I've just called James this morning at 8:30 AM regarding the tree root at the front yard encroaching and heaving up the walk way. He picked up the phone after 2 rings and readily put my mind at ease. He was so pleasant, and kind and very knowledgeable. He advised me to call 311 as the tree was likely belong to the city and it was!!! His prompt advice has saved my house the foundation damage and thousands of dollars as the city is responsible for the tree and its damage. I really am so grateful a
