We had a sump pump problem and flooding was about to happen and they (Mr. Sheik and Mr. Eric) came out the same day, despite the crappy weather and it being a Friday and we were quite a bit on the outskirts. They called to let us know when they were on their way, so we didn't have to wait around all day. We were beyond stressed and they worked efficiently and confidentially. They gave us options and and talked us through it making sure we understood what was going to be done. They did not leave
