Horrible experience and quality. We used Ricky though our general contractor during a major home Reno. I trusted my contractor so I didn't research MR throughly. There was no help with the design process, made many mistakes with basic measurements which led to delays, always left garbage and a mess in our home. It's been 3 years and he did come back last year to replace some damaged pieces that melted from the appliances (poor quality) but we still have a few that he measured incorrectly and won
