I got a technician visit 3 hours after I called for help with my non-running furnace. It was 10 PM ! Bryan (the technician) is a knowledgeable , friendly, and polite person. He identified the issue and fixed it in less than 30 minutes . Pricing is a bit high for the diagnostic call and very high for parts/ labor. However, they waive the diagnostic call cost if the actual repair is
