This was the first time having this company come out and fix our outside taps. The gentleman introduced himself as Dave. He was very pleasant knowledgeable and very friendly. He explained everything he could do to fix our problem and then asked if we would like him to go ahead and fix it. After doing a Fantastic job I ask him a few more questions about a separate issue and he was more than willing to show us what the issue was at No extra charges. Dave fixed our outside tap in a very reasonable
