Mono Pollinator Garden

What a great idea these folks came up with! They took an unused piece of land and created a natural habitat, with mixed terrain and everything from coniferous and deciduous trees and shrubs, right down to perennial flowers, ground cover and grasses. The one objective was to create habitat and plant nectar for pollinating insects. The plant material is all native to Ontario, and most of the trees, shrubs, flowers and smaller plants are identified with a sign post. There are also interpretive sign
