I had arranged to replace my water heater but when the technicians showed up they realized the wrong model had been ordered. I thought this meant it would need to be rescheduled but the techs called the office, arranged for the correct model to be delivered the same day. They completed the removal and installation of the new water heater quickly. Was very impressed with the techs Jumaid, Gobin M and Ben M to fix the issue so quickly and professionally. Very happy with my experience.
