Technician was effecient and very professional. Also, felt that they did a good job in keeping us informed and acted quickly to get a replacement part for us that they didn’t have at the shop. Very transparent and explained the problem solving process as our furnace failed twice within one week. Overall we felt they communicated positively and did a great job at getting our heat back on
