MALAMAR built my dream basement and renovated my bathroom upstairs. My basement is beautiful - gorgeous kitchen, spa-like full bathroom, gorgeous floor throughout. They did the whole process for me: designing the basement with an architect, setting up permits, regular visits by the inspector (and the work passed with flying colours every time.)
