We had MaKenady Construction renovate the main floor of our home by removing a load bearing wall and replacing it with a recessed beam. To accomplish this, they had to reroute HVAC supply and cold air return lines, plumbing water supply lines, plumbing drain lines and vents and of course electrical. They needed to access our finished basement ceiling cavities in order to reroute HVAC. All of this was done to accommodate our new kitchen, remodeled main floor bathroom and new, larger foyer closet
