We lost everything to a house fire. David Letichever of Magen Homes (1000698258 Ontario Ltd and 2415875 Ontario Ltd) bid on the rebuild of our house. We asked him if he had Tarion, he said yes. It's required by law on newly built homes. His contract stated he provided Tarion. After months of delays and excuses, and us ultimately asking for proof he could in fact provide Tarion as per his contract, we spoke to Tarion and the HCRA directly and discovered not only does he NOT have Tarion, he is a
