What Customers Say

AI analysis of 9 Google reviews

Top Strengths

Exceptional diagnostic and repair skills - identified problems competitors missed and fixed complex issues quickly (heat pump repairs in 20-30 minutes vs $5,000+ quotes elsewhere)

Strong technical knowledge of equipment brands and willingness to go beyond routine maintenance to find underlying issues

Honest business practices - owner acknowledged and promised to return mistakenly sent funds despite no obligation to do so

Areas to Watch

Severely inconsistent follow-up and communication - customers report difficulty reaching Patrick, requiring 10+ calls to get responses, and ghosting on documentation requests

Unreliable for larger projects requiring coordination - wasted customer time over 3 weeks with repeated 'I will do it on x day' broken promises

Responsiveness degrades significantly for non-emergency or complex administrative needs, contradicting strong emergency service reputation
