I called mark in a panic as I had a plumber 24 hours prior to my call to him come and do “work” on my well pump. Needless to say the work was shotty and my mud room flooded from parts installed incorrectly. The original<br>Company W&B plumbing- accused me of creating the flood and refused to come out to check the issues. Mark had a phone call with me explaining what the issue was as I sent him video and pictures of my emergency situation. He arrived with his expert knowledge and began to repair
