My builder used them as a supplier for our kitchen, we paid for many upgrades and are happy with the product. However, after some time we realized that pull out shelves in our pantry unit would be quite beneficial for the storage issues we're having. Called Clawsie to order them, as it was an option when we purchased the kitchen, only to find out they don't sell retail "any more" and are not willing to help me. That's funny, when I paid for the upgrades above what the builder offered they we
