I'm an electrical contractor in the Cambridge who got an emergency service call for one of my customers on a Sunday without power. Diagnosed it to be a burn out on an underground service conductor and hydro was forced to pull the meter.<br><br>I tried calling little electric regarding a backup generator for emergency service call and Joe was extremely helpful with the whole process. He was able to get one of his on call guys out there asap knowing the house I was working at didn't have power on
