Was punctual and professional.<br><br>Is going to order a part that is needed but got the furnace running in the meantime.<br><br>The original furnace install was 6 years ago and Etic found an install flaw in the exhaust pipe. It was installed at an angle and was leaking condensation.<br><br>Thanks, Eric.
