UPDATE! Once again Tough Oaks knocks it out of the park! Cynthia and Ralph Young are talented, hard-working, highly skilled and 100% trustworthy. They provided very detailed contracts, are very transparent about what they will do and why, they honour their promises and are very conscientious about their work.
