We contacted Keith through his website after searching for a landscape designer in the east end of the city. He responded quickly and set up a meet-and-greet along with a design/wish-list meeting. We discussed our vision, and Keith then proceeded with site measurements and produced a very impressive proposal that required only a couple of tweaks.
