We had an accident involving our water heater as the attachment broke causing such an amount of water coming out into our laundry room and hall… very frightful for us.. we got the water turned off and we called this company …. They were outstanding in their response to helping us unlike some others that note they can help on demand. Which was not the case… I highly recommend Knowles plumbing as they truly felt for us and wanted to help…. They are now in our contact list and should be in yours…<
