Only giving 1 star because thats the lowest i can go. I have bought 3 properties from these guys and everytime the service was horrible. Horrible at communicating, good luck trying to get a reply back. I've waiting so long to get the work done. It would be easier to buy an old home than to buy a new one from these guys. It is so much more of a headache. Most recently I've been made to wait 3 months to get a 15 minute paintjob done and even after that they didn't finish it properly and are stingy
