I wish I could give Richard and his team more than 5 stars. I can't rave enough about his professionalism, expertise, reliability, and responsiveness. Richard has done work for me in the past - and always a great experience. I asked him about doing a small project to install a washer/dryer in my basement flat. He not only did the plumbing, but also project managed the whole thing - including electrical, gas and construction (taking down, moving, and replacing a wall, and more). His estimate was
