The company serviceman never showed for an appointment between 1-3pm, Monday, May 15th, that was made three days previously, Friday May 12th. I called them twice while at the property and was told the serviceman would call me back - which never happened. Over a week later, the company contacted me to arrange another appointment - I told them to forget it and have gone elsewhere.
