We had a septic emergency on a Saturday. We made one phone call and arrangements were immediately made for us to be able to stop by the shop to pick up the item we needed. Incredible customer service. We were given flexibility on return date and time. We took care of our septic issue and then were late returning the item we rented. No flack, no hassle. Salt of the earth energy. Treated like royalty. We will be back!
