We reached out to John when I found our toilet leaking into the basement in the middle of the night. He was willing to come first thing in the morning on a statutory holiday. He was very professional, knowledgeable, with fair pricing. He explained exactly what he was doing along the way. He took extra time during his visit to look at other concerns I had in the home since moving in 3 years ago. Would 100% recommend and will be in touch for future projects.
