my senior parents have used this company for many years, this past season they cancelled the service due to poor performance, but the company showed up anyways when no one was home, and then they called her for payment - she explained she cancelled the service and we thought everything was dealt with. months later she has been getting collection calls and a collection letter. i have stepped in to try to help m, but the company doesn’t return my phone calls or emails i will be reporting them
