We had a faulty thermostat that kept giving us the message, "low battery". After changing the batteries several times and still getting the message we knew we needed help. We called Home Aire Care Heating and Cooling. They were prompt to answer our call and dispatch a technician. This was during white out conditions so the first technician was not able to make it due to an issue at a previous site. They promptly called Dillon one of thier other technicians.
