Horrible experience. Was charged/fined $500 for a re-booking fee for missing a payment deadline that a simple courtesy call could have avoided. Heritage renovations cancelled the following install with 3 days notice delaying my install by almost 2 weeks, Then cancelling another appointmet with zero notice yet no re-booking fee was offered to me. I was charged the $500 yet my install date was given away by noon on the due date even though i recieved a voicemail saying i had til end of day to pay.
