Ian was very responsive when we called on the coldest Friday night because our furnace quit working. Kurt came out the next day and got us going for the interim as we needed parts ordered. Once the parts came in, Rick came to complete the job. These guys are professional and personable. They came from Lindsay to Newcastle no problem. Thank you all!
